This study aims to understand the role of Project-based learning in the professional development of elementary school teachers at the beginning of their careers. The qualitative analysis carried out is based on the data collected through semi-structured interviews to eight beginning teachers. Results show that beginning teachers show some difficulties in integrating these methods in their teaching practices, which could be lightened through a more consistent collaboration between initial teacher education institutions and schools, in order to facilitate their career integration and professional development.
Tiago Tempera Luís Tinoca Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-14 2022-01-14 15 34 e16945 e16945 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16945 Blended learning for doctoral training in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16685
Distance learning has been an option to mitigate the global spread of the highly contagious disease, named COVID-19 (coronavirus), and declared a Pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. Social confinement as a public health strategy to address the health crisis has led to the adoption of new teaching methods in the new social sphere. Higher education contexts have gradually incorporated the opportunities offered by information and communication technologies (ICT). The purpose of the article is to present some theoretical reflections on the inclusion of the Blended Learning (B-Learning) methodological model in higher education, considering the changes that have occurred in the current situation due to the pandemic. Based on the review of the specialized scientific literature in relation to the integration of ICT in educational environments, the relevance of the advantages of technological tools in blended learning in the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic is recognized, specifically for the doctoral training process.
Yessy Villavicencio Simón Ivan Gabriel Grajales Melian Cícero da Silva Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-14 2022-01-14 15 34 e16685 e16685 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16685 The use of distance learning technologies in preparing students (future biology teachers) https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16908
The current stage in the development of pedagogical education in the world is characterized by a special intensity and scale of transformations due not only to the urgent tasks of forming a young personality, but also to the involvement of the education system in the world integration processes taking place in the context of informatization and globalization. The purposeful acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities by future biology teachers, an orientation towards the development, development and implementation of effective mechanisms for its formation is an important component of education. The global educational community is faced in 2020 with a global challenge caused by the pandemic caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. The governments of most countries were not ready for such a large-scale pandemic; their practical measures were formed on a situational basis. To counter the spread of COVID-19, educational institutions have been temporarily closed almost all over the world. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the implementation of the distance education system in the process of teaching students - future biology teachers, including the study of the main advantages and disadvantages of this process. For this, the methods of theoretical research of specialized literature were used.
Halyna Biletska Nataliia Mironova Nataliia Kazanishena Serhii Skrypnyk Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-14 2022-01-14 15 34 e16908 e16908 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16908 Features of interdisciplinarity of modern pedagogy https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16936
The most important task of modern education is the formation of a highly developed personality capable of effectively assimilating knowledge, making non-standard decisions and thinking creatively. Modernization of the content of education, renewal of teaching methods and means are the basis of new pedagogical searches. The study of the problem of interdisciplinarity is important for the development of scientific, theoretical foundations of pedagogy, as well as for the practical activities of teachers. Interdisciplinarity will be able to provide a unified methodological basis for the subject system as a whole by highlighting systematizing scientific ideas that facilitate learning in all subjects. Interdisciplinary approaches are in line with the pressing problems of modern education. Since academic subjects are built in the logic of specific sciences, and all of them to one degree or another are related to each other, it becomes necessary to establish interdisciplinarity. Thus, the main purpose of the article is to determine the basic features of the interdisciplinarity of modern pedagogy. The research was carried out using the following theoretical methods: systems analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization, idealization and abstraction.
Tetiana Kotyk Kotyk Svitlana Romanyuk Maryna Kisil Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-14 2022-01-14 15 34 e16936 e16936 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16936 The main aspects of distance education for students in times of epidemic restrictions https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16906
The new conditions that the entire world community faced in 2020, associated with the announcement by the World Health Organization (WHO) of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, led to the complete transition of all educational organizations of the world to distance learning. Previously, only those students who chose this form upon admission were trained remotely. In the context of a pandemic, students of full-time, part-time, and part-time (non-distance) departments were forced to switch to this format. Naturally, this caused certain difficulties, both for teachers and students. However, the demand for an instant and, as it turned out, a long and universal transition to distance learning turned out to be very unexpected and problematic for many subjects of the educational space, both in higher education and in the middle level. Thus, the main purpose of article is to study the main aspects and features of the introduction of basic techniques and means of distance education during the period of pandemic restrictions. The study was carried out using the following theoretical methods: systems analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization, idealization and abstraction.
Roma Sybirna Ganna Polishchuk Oleksandr Balanutsa Alla Marchuk Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-18 2022-01-18 15 34 e16906 e16906 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16906 Distribution of the number of scientific and pedagogical staff of universities by work experience https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17010
The purpose of our study was to assess the proportion of teachers with different work experience in relevant positions in higher education institutions in the total number of university teachers in each of the regions of Russia. In the course of the work, the indicators characterizing the proportion of teachers belonging to five groups by work experience of up to five years, from five to ten years, from ten to fifteen years, from fifteen to twenty years and more than twenty years in the total number of teachers working in higher educational institutions were evaluated. The study used official statistical information for 82 regions of Russia. We used the density functions of the normal distribution as models. The results of the study allowed us to draw conclusions: approximately every fourteenth teacher has worked in a teaching position for less than five years, every ninth teacher has worked in this position for five to ten years, every seventh teacher has worked in this position for ten to fifteen years, every fifth teacher has worked in this position for fifteen to twenty years. It is proved that the number of teachers with work experience up to twenty years was 52% and was slightly more than the number of teachers with work experience of more than twenty years (48%). The analysis showed the presence of a certain differentiation of the values of the considered indicators by region. The proposed methodological approach and the results obtained have originality and scientific novelty.
Iuliia S. The urgency of the topic is due to the fact that out-of-school education began to be considered as one that reveals the immediate prospects for personal development in various social and educational institutions, where out-of-school institutions were to become centers of motivational development, self-realization and professional self-determination. The question arose about the place of out-of-school education in the single educational space, determining its relationship with other levels of education, the prospects for the functioning of out-of-school institutions in the market of educational services. Economic and political instability of socio-cultural systems, increasing negative effects of natural factors, the residual principle of financing out-of-school institutions have led to a decrease in their efficiency and decline of educational facilities, which significantly hindered the full use of out-of-school education. According to the results of the analysis, a study of the main aspects of the functioning of out-of-school education in modern conditions of development was conducted.
Tetiana Fursykova Oleksandr Akimkin Liliia Hodii Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-18 2022-01-18 15 34 e16860 e16860 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16860 The Role of Higher Education in the Digital Economy Development https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16773
The purpose of the article is to study the role of higher education in the development of the digital economy. To achieve the goal, the authors used the methods of analysis and synthesis; content analysis; scientific abstraction and systematization. The authors conclude that promising areas for strengthening the positive impact of higher education on the development of the digital economy are: improving dual education to provide the national economy with personnel capable of innovative thinking and action; introduction of lifelong learning programs, short-term highly specialized training programs; formation of information and innovation cultures in society; generation of innovative ideas and their commercialization in the real sector of the economy; supporting the development of innovation and information infrastructures; support for youth innovation projects; increasing the level of the English language proficiency in order to expand the opportunities for participation of universities in international research and educational projects.
Nataliia Kholiavko Olha Popelo Anatolii Melnychenko Marta Derhaliuk Liudmyla Grynevych Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-18 2022-01-18 15 34 e16773 e16773 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16773 Competence approach to teaching future primary school teachers https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16598
The article discusses the problems of forming the readiness of future primary school teachers for professional activity on the basis of a competence-based approach in the conditions of university complexes. Pedagogical experience shows that the educational process in a modern university already has many opportunities to solve problems that worry our specialists. However, these opportunities in universities are not yet fully used, as evidenced, in particular, by the contradictions that we examined in detail in this study. It is also noted that the training of a future teacher on the basis of a competency-based approach should provide for the formation of his professional competence through the gradual development, formation of its levels (key, basic, special) as a result of specialized training of the future teacher. Thus, the main purpose of the article is to study the process of implementing a competency-based approach in teaching future primary school teachers. For this, the methods of theoretical research of specialized literature were used, as a result of which the basic principles of the process of introducing and adapting the competence-based approach in teaching future primary school teachers were analyzed and systematized.
Тetiana Vasіutina Оlena Kondratiuk Olga Lukianchenko Alla Romanchuk Tetiana Теslenko Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-18 2022-01-18 15 34 e16598 e16598 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16598 The concept of "self-organization" in the context of modern education https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17213
The article focuses on the issue of developing the sixth universal competence proposed in the Federal State Educational Standard 3++, which aims at the development of self-organization skills – the ability to plan one’s activities in the short, medium, and long term and manage time with consideration of one’s capabilities and physical energy. The study offers an analysis of the results of a diagnostic study of the level of learning organization in students at a technical university. The authors propose their perspective on the concept of self-organization of learning. The stages of students’ self-organization of learning activities within the framework of the academic discipline “Fundamentals of self-organization and self-study” are identified as the motivational component, the personality component, the practical component, and the reflection component. The significance of the proposed stages is substantiated, and their content is disclosed. The main methods employed in the study include the theoretical methods of analysis, summarization, classification, and the study of psychological and pedagogical literature, and the empirical methods of observation, recording empirical data, statistical data processing, tests, and the interpretation of a person’s inner world. The results of the study can be of use to teachers and psychologists and be put into practice as part of psychological counseling for students.
Yana Vladimirovna Kryucheva Irina Vasilievna Tolstoukhova Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-29 2022-01-29 15 34 e17213 e17213 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17213 Psychomotor development of preschoolers with speech pathologies by means of art therapy techniques https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17214
The article examines the concepts of “psychomotorics” and “psychomotor development” and gives their characterization in preschoolers with speech pathologies, as well as analyzes art therapy technologies as an instrument for psychomotor development of children in this group. The results of the research led the authors to the following conclusions. First of all, foreign expertise results in understanding the necessity of lobbying by non-governmental organizations. Otherwise, state regulators will operate precisely in their interests. Secondly, current administrative regulation of higher education is based on an inefficient monitoring system with redundant permissions of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor). Thirdly, there is no reason to believe that the implementation the regulatory guillotine model can change the situation efficiently. It is more probable that the reduction of the intensity of control will lead to a net rise of latent offenses for educational institutions’ management. To eliminate these problems, the authors suggest implementing of monitoring system for the activities of higher educational establishment as well as for regulator’s actions with a monetization of these relations.
Maxim Kozyrev Evgeniya Jukova Polina Palekhova Alexander Shumarov Rinat Faizulin Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-31 2022-01-31 15 34 e17220 e17220 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17220 Preparation of pedagogical university students for the organization of upbringing practices https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17221
The purpose of the paper is to test a model of practice-oriented training of pedagogical university students for the organization of upbringing practices. It is the quality of life that reflects the efficiency of work in society, serves as a source of national wealth, and is a factor in overcoming social and economic crises. The current state of the quality of life of the population needs a significant adjustment since the destructive consequences of the reforms carried out in the early 90s contributed not only to a significant differentiation of the population, a decrease in the quality of life of a significant proportion of the country's residents but also to the emergence of such a category as poverty. The problem is further complicated by the fact that the social and territorial differentiation of the population has been increasing in recent years. Effective quality of life monitoring system is required to identify these problems promptly.
Lyubov Morozova Elena Karpova Olga Kolosova Olga Kulikova Tatyana Suvorova Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-01-31 2022-01-31 15 34 e17222 e17222 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17222 The use of digital games in the professional training of social pedagogues: realities and perspectives https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17223
The article presents the possibilities of using digital games in the process of professional training of social educators. It was found that for the development of digital game-centered learning it is necessary to combine the efforts of public, private, charitable and public institutions and organizations that prepare for game design, training, organize exhibitions, competitions, festivals, which is the main direction of modern education as an important component. Competencies of the 21st century were talked about. It is determined that the use of computer games enhances the freedom of experiment, identity and social rewards, deepens personal experience by developing three basic needs for training motivation: competence (student feels the process of acquiring new knowledge and skills); autonomy (the student feels control over the educational process); interconnectedness (the student feels the connection with colleagues during the educational process). All this requires the development and use of new educational technologies to form the values-based attitude of students to their health. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the heads of many universities had to make a difficult decision to suspend the educational activities of their students, which requires quick adaptation to the new conditions. The study aims at determining the readiness of students to form physical activity-related health competence in the course of distance learning. The article provides an experimental assessment of students' readiness to form the physical activity-related health competence in the course of distance learning. Its general objective was to analyze videos released on the channel “Tempero Drag” that focus on the issue of incarceration and genocide perpetrated by the hands of the Brazilian State against black and poor children, adolescents and young people. From a specific point of view, it aimed to investigate the limits that the YouTube platform presents for access to content that favors a rational analysis of material reality, based on the intersectional methodological approach, with a view to overcoming capitalism; explore the video channel “Tempero Drag” with a focus on contributions to an anti-racist and revolutionary training; and analyze the videos of this channel with a view to their potential for social agitation towards a society whose foundations are not grounded in racism. For this, the 232 videos of the Channel were verified and of these, two were selected: a) Racism, white thing; and b) War on Drugs. The treatment of the videos was based on the intersectionality of the struggles of social movements. As main results, we found that one of the biggest limiting factors of social transformation on the left, through informal education, regimented on YouTube, within the limits of capitalism, even in niches of revolutionary power that have thousands of followers, are the people themselves. platform algorithms. In modern conditions, the developing information society requires significant changes in the domestic education system, while creating for each person significant opportunities to receive information in the volume that he needs for self-development and self-improvement. At the same time, it is obvious that the transition to a new model of education excludes the passive role of participants in the educational process, since only an active position in obtaining knowledge will allow students to form “the ability to live and work in an information society”, to determine the individual trajectory of education. The increased requirements for the quality of education in the context of its structural restructuring and integration into the global educational space significantly change the level of social expectations in relation to the effectiveness of the entire complex of pedagogical sciences. For this, the methods of theoretical analysis of specialized literature in the field of introducing and improving the basic pedagogical technologies of the process of developing professional competence of students of physical culture were used. The study showed an advance in public policies for teacher training from the 2000s and an increase in the number of teachers trained at a higher level in this period. Based on the assumptions of historical dialectical materialism and using a quantitative and qualitative methodology, a survey was conducted with teachers from a small municipality in the south-central Bahia and, it was evident that, in municipalities with this configuration, teachers are the main ones. responsible for their own training, in addition to facing challenges ranging from displacement to other cities, such as more serious issues such as granting or not aid according to political preferences, among others. Such a situation contradicts what is determined in the legal mechanisms and suggests the need for greater reach of public policies for this purpose.
Júlia Cecília de Oliveira Alves Ribeiro Claudio Pinto Nunes Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-14 2022-03-14 15 34 e17250 e17250 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17250 Preparing student teachers for the formation of socially significant values in preschoolers https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16944
In connection with the socio-political changes in the life of society, interest in the social aspects of raising children is increasing. Modernity puts the individual in conditions where, without the ability to quickly and adequately respond to reality, it is impossible to realize their own desires and ideas. Qualities such as the ability to manage one's behavior and communication methods, adherence to moral norms and rules in relationships with other people, the desire to be fair, responsible, tolerant, the ability to navigate new circumstances, to feel one's place among other people, to be guided by conscience as an internal moral authority, is the sphere of the child's social development Social development, which forms the context of ontogenesis, objectively directs it and determines the general content, which is the relationship between socialization and individualization that occurs in the process of activity. Sociocultural realities dictate new rules and conditions for the development of all spheres of social activity. The educational and scientific sphere is no exception, as a rule, which is rather vulnerable to various types of transformations. Globalization of the current civilizational progress as a strategic constant and a short-term, but significant impact on the values of society associated with the pandemic COVID-19 - had a direct impact on the processes in education and science. At present, the issues of transforming certain attitudes that will allow not to lose the educational-scientific potential, but to continue its development already in the new conditions are actualized. Among the fundamental shifts in the humanitarian sphere of modernity, we note increasing dynamism of educational process and scientific research (linear thinking demonstrates an inability to respond quickly to changes), the actualization of interdisciplinary discourse (challenges facing society are complex in their essence and to solve them. based on the integration of scientific knowledge), the influence of informatization of education and science on humanitarian and moral standards of these branches (application of new information and computer technologies. The article aims to develop a clear system of methodologically axiological settings in modern humanitarian-scientific discourse. The general scientific methodology was used to achieve the set tasks. Using the method of analysis, the main criteria for the proposed attitudes have been achieved. The philosophical-scientific methods of synergetics and dialectics allow evaluating the results and problem aspects of the implementation of value orientations to the humanitarian discourse of today.Practical elements of the obtained results of the article can be used as methodological recommendations for the working curricula at all educational levels and value components of scientific research. Consequently, dynamism, interdisciplinarity, integration, informatization, and humanization are the attitudes that contribute to the functioning of an effective system of education and science both in the global-civilization dimension and in the national-identity dimension.
Oksana Bohomaz Nataliia Morska Karolina Kasianenko Iryna Romanova Nadiia Bortnyk Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-14 2022-03-14 15 34 e16950 e16950 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16950 Pedagogical technologies for the development of students' professional competence https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16984
The main purpose of the article is to study the basic provisions of the use of pedagogical technologies for the development of students' professional competence. In view of this situation, it establishes dialogues with a counter-hegemonic pedagogical tendency: the Historical-Critical Pedagogy (PHC), proposing to answer what have been the contributions of the PHC to thinking about the public school in the context of crisis in Brazilian education. Through bibliographic research, the results indicate that, under a context of dismantling and vulnerabilities, the PHC is incorporated in educational debates and practices as an instrument of humanization, defending free public schools, omnilateral training, class struggle and the construction of an emancipatory praxis. As a pedagogical theory, PHC represents a fresh start in the face of the contestation of decontextualized curricula and processes, indicating the integration of individual/collective knowledge and universal knowledge, a movement conducive to the formation of articulated individuals in favor of social transformation.
Lucas de Vasconcelos Soares Maria Lilía Imbiriba Sousa Colares José Claudinei Lombardi Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-14 2022-03-14 15 34 e17109 e17109 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17109 Features of formation of pedagogical competence of a university teacher in the leading countries of the world https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17033
The main purpose of the article is to study the main aspects of the formation of the pedagogical competence of a university teacher in leading countries. The idea of forming a unified educational space as an integrative system in an information society has caused a change in the cognitive situation in science, which begins to acquire excessive subject diversity associated with an immense number of information flows and with the fact that knowledge acquires a new meaning in a post-industrial society. Modern information and telecommunication technologies have led to the emergence of new methods of cognition and communication, have significantly updated the research arsenal aimed at studying nature, culture, and society. In these conditions, the issue of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers becomes especially acute. Taking this into account, an urgent need arose in universities to create conditions for professional competence, increase the requirements for the responsibility of teachers for the results of professional activities and improve the procedures for assessing the level of professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers. We strive to know more, be able to do better, learn faster. And on this path, education is a powerful tool capable of changing the world. As a socio-cultural institution, education is acquiring new properties and characteristics. But the desire of people to form or receive education of the highest quality remains unchanged, especially in the context of systemic transformations. Universities have always been the main producers and providers of knowledge in society, but today they are recognized as the main generators of knowledge. In the context of global competition, a complex of interrelationships between high-quality higher education, scientific research both in the academic environment and outside it is becoming more important for ensuring the innovative and productive development of the state. The purpose of the article is to analyze the formation of the foundations of multicultural competence of preschool children in Ukraine. The objectives of the study are: to investigate the features of the theoretical perception of multiculturalism in the modern Ukrainian pedagogical system, to interpret empirical material on the attitude to multiculturalism among the surveyed parents and preschool children. The research is based on the use of theoretical research methods, including analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, concretization, comparison, abstraction. Also, the study was formed as a result of using a statistical method, which consisted of qualitative analysis of experimental data. The results show that the multicultural development environment is an integrated category, which includes various areas of activity of the preschooler, so it is important to provide special conditions, a stable psychological atmosphere. The work on the basis of empirical material summarizes the favorable attitude of preschool children to foreigners and the desire of parents to deepen this program. According to our author's definition, multicultural education should be understood as the process of assimilation by preschoolers of values and experiences of other ethnic groups in the region where they live, with special emphasis on the study of their cultural achievements and national characteristics.
Iryna Rudnytska-Yuriichuk Olha Kurhannikova Olena Demchenko Hanna Tolchieva Oksana Holiuk Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-14 2022-03-14 15 34 e17090 e17090 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17090 A The interiorization of graduate studies in the south of the Amazonas: rights, impacts and challenges https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16730
The installation of public higher education in the interior of the State of Amazonas is recent or, if you like, late. Higher education, at the stricto sensu postgraduate level, is yet another very important tool to provide opportunities and qualify professionals, especially those who work in basic education. The Postgraduate Program in Science and Humanities Teaching (PPGECH) at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), object of this reflection, is the only PPG in the interior of the State of Amazonas directed towards the qualification of professionals working in education since 2017. Thus, this reflection seeks to highlight the elements that involve the history of PPGECH, the importance of interiorization, since all courses were located in the capital Manaus, the impacts on the teaching area, from a cultural, economic and social perspective, as well as international relations, with the presence of students from other countries.
Valmir Flores Pinto Elizabeth Tavares Pimentel Rosangela Carvalho da Costa Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-15 2022-03-15 15 34 e16730 e16730 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16730 Career orientations of future specialists: factors of organizational culture https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17413
At present, the issues of professional development and professionalization of representatives of socionomic professions, the distinctive feature of which is serving other people, are relevant and practically significant. Most mental disorders among adolescents and young people are undiagnosed and untreated, with suicide being one of the main causes of death among young people aged 15 to 29 years. The university has been facing several problems with students' mental illness, such as increased use of psychotropic drugs, high demand for psychological care provided by the institution, school dropouts, severe mental disorders and even attempted suicide. Thus, this study aimed to survey the studies of the last five years (2016-2021) on the subject. The following keywords were used for the search: mental health; College students; mental illness, and 22 studies were selected. As a result, we observed that there is a significant number of mentally ill young people, with high rates of psychotropic medication use, in addition to alcohol and drug consumption. We also show that some higher education institutions have developed pilot studies with different approaches to meet this demand from sick students. However, there are still few studies, and there is no support from the institution's own management, as well as a lack of professionals and financial resources.
Fabrício Duim Rufato Elisabeth Rossetto Nickson Willian Vedigal Wilkon Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-24 2022-03-24 15 34 e16903 e16903 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16903 Inclusion for whom? The struggle of families for schooling deaf students https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16890
Researchs about family, school and inclusion reveals that deaf inclusion policies have changed in Brazil since the 2000s. This research had as general objective analyzed how the school and family’s relation is configured in the process of inclusion of deaf students in a city in the countryside of Minas Gerais. From a qualitative perspective, the research preferred on the comprehensive interview to two mothers of deaf students from popular layers and the questionnaire applied to two directors and two teachers selected from two schools in the city. It was concluded that, although these students are protected by the laws, they are not being fulfilled. So this, schools and families do their best to include these students within the possibilities available, however, the schooling process still presents many obstacles and has caused frustration and a feeling of powerlessness for deaf students and their families.
Renata Lena de Lourdes Ferreira Rosa Maria da Exaltação Coutrim Marco Antonio Torres Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-24 2022-03-24 15 34 e16890 e16890 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.16890 Features of the development of primary education in the context of the impact of COVID-19 https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17157
The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the development of primary education under the influence of COVID-19. Competently oriented primary education is a response to the challenges of modern society, to the requirements of new information progress. The crisis caused by a dangerous new coronavirus required urgent measures to reduce the risks of the spread of infection in various areas of people's lives and activities. In the field of primary education, an urgent transfer of the educational process to a distance form using e-learning technologies was chosen as such a measure. Such an attitude, in principle, corresponds to the current level of accessibility of digital technologies for the majority of the world's population. In addition, the vast majority of educational institutions, in accordance with accreditation requirements, must have an Internet connection, which is the basic criterion for assessing the ability of a school to work remotely using digital technologies. As a result of the study, the main prerequisites for the development of primary education under the impact of COVID-19 were identified.
Svitlana Kryshtanovych Yuliia Sych Nataliia Mashtakova Nataliia Mordovtseva Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-25 2022-03-25 15 34 e17157 e17157 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17157 Educational violence: a systematic review https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17173
This article aims to map the main educational violence in the period from 2015 to 2020, in the scientific database of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology - IBICT. It is the result of a systematic review. The main authors identified in the research works, in order of recurrence, were: Abramovay (2002), Fante (2005), Lopes Neto (2005), Debarbieux (2001, 2002), Charlot (2002), Antunes (2010), Silva (2010), Bourdieu (2014), Franco (2014), Beane (2010), Priotto (2006), Michaud (2001), Sardenberg (2007), Rossato and Rossato (2013), Tudisco (2011), Laterman (2000), Sposito (2001). Also, it was verified the most recurrent types of educational violence, the institutions by State that produced the most research on the subject, the prevention and confrontation strategies of educational violence in the 24 scientific works (18 dissertations and six theses). Abramovay is the author with more recurrence in productions, quoted in 16 of the 24 studies studied. In summary, it was possible to perceive the contributions of the authors mentioned above in understanding the complex phenomenon of violence, the plurality of terms on school violence and its causes and consequences of violence in the lives of children and adolescents.
Mareli Eliane Graupe Fabíola Pereira Machado da Silva Rafaella de Mattos Maurente Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-30 2022-03-30 15 34 e17173 e17173 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17173 Features of practical training of students (future social teachers) at universities https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17164
The main purpose of the article is to study the features and prospects of practical training of students (future social teachers) at universities. At the present stage, pedagogical education in each country, while maintaining the acquired national experience, is being reformed and is gradually entering the world educational space. The training of specialists for the socio-pedagogical sphere at universities began relatively recently. In this regard, and the specifics of the process of formation and development of the profession, the practical training of social teachers is focused on the formation of the necessary professional skills, the formation of sustainable motivation for active professional activity. In the process of professional growth and development of the competence of a social pedagogue, socio-pedagogical practice is inferior in its significance, perhaps, only directly to the practical activity itself. This type of practical training, along with the theoretical aspects of training, provides the student-trainee not only with practical skills, but also with individual, long-term consultations - conversations with a mentor. As a result of the study, the main aspects of the practical training of students (future social teachers) at universities were identified.
Zoriana Gontar Liubov Say Mariia Pochynkova Oksana Parfyonova Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-31 2022-03-31 15 34 e17164 e17164 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17164 Socio-pedagogical aspects of inclusive education of children in schools https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17175
The article aims at comparison the impact of traditional and inclusive educational processes on the quality of life of children with ASD. All countries observe a tendency to increase the number of children with special educational needs. A special category is children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Such children are characterized by a pronounced lack of social interaction and ability to communicate. Therefore, it is important to investigate whether the processes of adaptation of such children in the conditions of inclusion and traditional education in special institutions will be equally effective. Such research remains relevant due to the lack of clear recommendations on how to organize the learning process and content saturation of individual training programs, as well as physical education tools that are effective in treatment and correction to improve the quality of life of program participants. As a result, all the features of the pedagogical process and socio-pedagogical support of children with special needs in schools were studied.
Larysa Kozibroda Iryna Turchyk Nataliia Mukan Iryna Sadova Svitlana Stepanyuk Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-31 2022-03-31 15 34 e17175 e17175 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17175 Ludic digital culture: reflections on the habits of students of the education course in LD https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17249
This text aims to reflect on technological culture and digital habits in the context of Contemporary Higher Education and to analyze critically the perceptions of the students of the EaD School of Teaching at a University, with regard to play habits (games) in the light of new technological devices. The text is justified by the complexity of the culture of information and communication as sensory extensions of individuals, and, above all, in the educational field. The methodology, of a quantitative-qualitative nature, is a theoretical bibliographical and exploratory study with the application of a questionnaire to 310 students from different poles/units of Brazil. As a result, it is necessary to (re) think about the technological scenario governed by the playful digital culture and its impact on the training process of the students from Higher Education, specifically the Pedagogy Course, in favor of a new configuration of the look beyond the instrumentality of the technique, but as an educational, interactive and playful possibility of those involved.
Anderson Jorge Marcolino Pinheiro Luciane Guimaraes Batistella Bianchini Marta Regina Furlan de Oliveira Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-03-31 2022-03-31 15 34 e17249 e17249 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17249 Psychological and pedagogical features: the use of digital technology in a blended learning environment https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17232
The article highlights the problems of the digitalization of the educational process, which affect the pedagogical cluster and are of a psychological nature. The authors investigate the transformational changes in education in general and the individual beliefs of each subject of the educational process, caused by both the change in the format of learning (distance, mixed), and the use of new technologies (digital, communication). The purpose of the article is to identify the strategic trend of the educational process, which is a synergistic combination of pedagogical methodology and psychological practice and avoiding dialectical opposition of these components of the educational space. At the same time, it should be noted that the introduction of digital technologies in the educational process allows for short-term difficulties, which is a usual phenomenon for innovations in the educational sphere. Consequently, there is a need to differentiate the fundamental problems and temporary shortcomings that are inherent in the new format of learning (pedagogical features). Based on the awareness of this classification, it is necessary to develop psychological techniques that will prevent a negative reaction to the new models of learning and contribute to a painless moral and spiritual adaptation to the realities of the present (psychological characteristics). The methods used in the study are divided into two main groups: general-scientific, which investigates the pedagogical component (synergetic, analysis, structural and typological methods), and general-scientific, which are characterized by psychological direction (dialectics, observation, and comparative analysis). With the help of methods disclosed psychological and pedagogical features of the process of digitalization of education in a mixed learning environment. The result of the study is to develop and carry out methodological constants that will contribute to the synergy for the new pedagogical components (digital technology) and the psychological disposition to their proper use (awareness of the effectiveness of new technologies). So, the digitalization of education has demonstrated its relevance and effectiveness in the pedagogical dimension in the organization of blended and distance learning under the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic. The task of the psychological cluster is to substantiate the positive aspects of the digitalization of the educational process.
Nataliia Volkova Tamara Poyasok Svitlana Symonenko Yuliia Yermak Hanna Varina Anna Rackovych Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-04-03 2022-04-03 15 34 e17232 e17232 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17232 The unity and interrelation of the educational, upbringing, and developmental functions of the learning process in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17228
The article deals with the problem of unity and interrelation of educational, educative, and developmental functions of the educational process in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors substantiated the productivity of the attempt to study the unity and interrelation of educational, upbringing, and developmental functions of the educational process under the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors used a survey of 189 respondents, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education, as an experimental method of research: National University of Culture and Arts (Kyiv, Ukraine); Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, (Vinnytsia, Ukraine); Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University (Vinnytsia, Ukraine); Zaporizhia National University (Zaporizhia, Ukraine); Alexander Dovzhenko Hlukiv (National Pedagogical University) (Hlukiv, Ukraine). The problem of the unity of educational, upbringing, and developmental function of the learning process in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic was considered based on the elaborated sources of foreign and domestic scientists. An empirical study was carried out, which helped to determine the situation in 2021 in retrospect of the considered problem. It is concluded that the unity and interrelation of educational, pedagogical, and developing functions of the learning process in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic are the key factors of identity formation because its formation is possible only in the context of dialogical and man-centered models of education, where it is fully possible to take into account the anthropological characteristics of man, in particular his need for dialogue as communication. The authors point out that in the article scientific and pedagogical employees prefer the distance form of education because they believe that it is possible to use more various platforms and services for training and education of higher education applicants. The data of the empirical study showed that the majority of educators believe that the educational function of the learning process under the COVID-19 pandemic has changed for the better because the applicants have become more self-organized and disciplined, tired and eager to learn new material through various Internet resources. It has been observed that academic educators show indicators of improvement in their competencies during practice in the COVID-19 pandemic. The study found that educators use a variety of online tools to work with applicants, such as: Zoom, Classtime, Google Meet, and others.

Inna Koreneva Nataliia Havryliuk Valentyn Lihus Hanna Chorna Svitlana Liulchak Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-04-03 2022-04-03 15 34 17228 17228 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17228 The contribution of child education on the social skills’ repertory of children of 4 and 5 years old https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17244
The objective of this study is to comprehend the effects of the pedagogical proposals and socioeconomic contexts on the repertoire of social skills of children of 4 and 5 years old from two Child Education institutions, one public and one private from the city of Ipiaú-Bahia. The methodological path was inspired in exploratory and qualitative research. The data was generated through the analysis of the Political Pedagogical Project of each institution, field journal and semi structured interview. The informations generated through field and documental research, from the categories: Child Education, social skills and socioeconomic context allowed to know the potentialities, the gaps and the contradictions of the theme of social skills in Child Education in that context. The results of the researches indicate that the notion of social skills is relatively new in the area of education and less spread. As much in educational reality as in legislation, social skills, even not being recognized and worked as such are present in an indirect way. It was also verified that there is no distinction between the repertory of social skills from children enrolled in Child Education in distinct socioeconomic and pedagogic proposals. The repertory of social skills of the children is influenced by the familiar, educational and religious context, by the social support nets, and others.
Sara Tannus Vieira Celso Kraemer Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-04-03 2022-04-03 15 34 e17244 e17244 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17244 Linguistic innovations in the educational process of universities https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17203
The main purpose of the article is to study the main features and prospects of linguistic innovations in the educational process of universities. An important distinguishing feature of the current stage of development, characterized by the integration and globalization of the world system in various spheres of human life and activity, is the expanding process of informatization. In the conditions of the information society, modern information and communication technologies are a vital professional tool, the mastery of which determines the need of a person as a specialist in the labor market. New economic conditions determine the type of communication in which a person must master at least one foreign language. Practical knowledge of a foreign language is one of the most important characteristics of a specialist of any profile. Therefore, linguistic education occupies one of the leading positions in the general system of education and professional training of specialists. As a result of the study, the relevance of introducing linguistic innovations in the educational process of universities, as well as the main mechanisms of these processes, was analyzed.
Olesia Tieliezhkina Liana Naumenko Oksana Zhyglo Маiya Babkina Mariia Voloshyn Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-04-03 2022-04-03 15 34 e17203 e17203 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17203 Technological resources in bilingual education for deaf students https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17234
Digital technologies present many possibilities to enhance the teaching and learning processes of deaf and hearing students. An example of this are the technological didactic games, which can contribute to learning and digital and social inclusion. At all times and in all cultural traditions, there was a special respect for the teacher. After all, a teacher is not only a carrier and distributor of knowledge, but also an educator of value and moral guidelines in a person's life. Thus, it can be said that a teacher/educator/ is a kind of "educator of the soul" of a person. With this in mind, it is the role of the teacher that is key in the process of organizing the educational environment and culture at the university. For this, general theoretical and specific methods of theoretical research of the most advanced literary sources were used. In addition, a survey was conducted among students of a higher educational institution about the role a teacher plays in the process of organizing the educational environment and culture at the university. The research materials are evaluation sheets of pedagogical observation in two groups of 1st year students of the music university in distance learning. The general sample of students was 750 people. The representative sample was 75 people selected by mechanical sampling. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes the methods of the general scientific group (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction); as well as special methods: content analysis of scientific literature, the method of included pedagogical observation, the method of statistical analysis. All obtained qualitative results were converted into a quantitative format and processed using the special program. As a result, the author came to the following conclusions: for the successful formation of performing skills in playing the clarinet, it is necessary to create an interactive environment, use digital technologies and clearly set educational tasks, the solution of which contributes the development of performing skills by students.
Zhang Hao Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-04-25 2022-04-25 15 34 e17557 e17557 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17557 Prison education in Brazil: state-of-the-knowledge https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/16703
This work presents an overview of recent scientific production on prison education in Brazil. Elements, by means of which knowledge control was carried out, confirmed its effectiveness, since the results of knowledge assessment of students conducted in Moodle mostly coincided with the examinations and qualification examinations (in particular, KROK). Among the key guidelines, we note openness, implying the comprehensibility of tasks; dynamism, providing the possibility of changing or adjusting control tasks; the educational and pedagogical value of control forms, forming an effective system of assessment of knowledge and skills of students; compliance with moral and psychological standards when conducting control in the distance learning system Moodle. Prospects for further research we see the creation of an international unified system of control of the relevant branches of knowledge (in our case - pharmaceutical specialty) based on the initial environment Moodle.
Yevgen Diiev Iryna Radziievska Mykhailo Sherman Alla Kulichenko Svitlana Vovk Maryna Biriukova Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-05-08 2022-05-08 15 34 17363 17363 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17363 Psycholinguistic dimensions of personal interaction between subjects of educational space in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17422
The study aimed to analyze the psycholinguistic dimension of the personal interaction of the subjects of the educational space in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, a model was built to assess the influence of distance learning in an electronic environment or other unconscious forms on the effectiveness of school education. Through the study, the main factors influencing the effectiveness of learning at the school, class, and individual level (students, teachers, and parents) were identified and analyzed. A logical assessment framework model was created linking the resource provision of the educational distance process, organization and flow of learning processes, accessibility of the system of adaptation, and support for learning and achievement of results for students, teachers, parents, and school. The study provides an opportunity for a broader diagnosis of the effectiveness of education in the education system. It can facilitate data-driven decision-making to ensure adaptability and improve the effectiveness of the educational process to reduce inequality, ensure equal opportunities for quality education, ensure the sustainability of acquired knowledge and skills, and reduce the risk of dropping out of school in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hanna Truba Yuliya Boyko Olga Rakhimova Yanina Kambalova Victoria Shevchuk Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-05-08 2022-05-08 15 34 e17422 e17422 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17422 Pedagogic experiences in a school contract project: the Scenic Afro-Brazilian Dance https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17392
We analyze, in this article, the production of knowledge in the teaching and learning relationships with the Afro-Brazilian Scenic Dance (ABSD) created in the daily life of the after-school project of a municipal public school in Vitória/ES. Three young graduates from the basic education network in the city of Santana-AP, aged between 20 and 23 years old, participated in the research. The participants were invited based on their interest and involvement with feminist themes, demonstrated in their school experience and personal relationships. Based on the collaborators' understanding of being a woman, we sought to understand how colonial gender violence is expressed and operated on women of color in Abya Yala . Gender, in this way, is debated as colonial violence where, in intersection with the dimensions of race, sexuality and class, it configures oppressions and subalternities that specifically signify the racialized women of the global south. The critical conceptions of young people who graduated from elementary school about being a woman indicate elements that bring consistency to the social analysis of decolonial feminisms and corroborate the overcoming of the patriarchal, modern and colonial imposition of gender in the territories of Abya Yala, allowing reflections on the paths for overcoming gender violence.
Aline Pacheco Souza Elivaldo Serrão Custódio Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-05-14 2022-05-14 15 34 e17369 e17369 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17369 Special education knowledge in productions of the Santa Maria postgraduate education program https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17440
This study analyzes the state of knowledge of the academic production about Special Education enrolled in the doctoral program of the Graduate Program at the Federal University of Santa Maria. In this regard, in order to eliminate language deprivation, which has become a stable phenomenon in preschool educational organizations in which children of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation are brought up, it is necessary to take systemic measures aimed at improving the quality of the native speech of teachers, creating didactic materials, including digital resources to create a developing speech environment, the development of a special technique that reveals the speech potential of children. The purpose of the research is the creation of a model of the ethnocultural speech environment in the native language for preschool children in conditions of insufficient functioning of the native language. The article provides a comprehensive description of the research results on the creation of a speech environment in preschool educational institutions in native languages of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation. The results are presented: 1) a description of educational practices, built on the principle of “one person – one language”, aimed at the development of early bilingualism in preschool children; 2) analysis of the main problems of the speech environment in preschool educational organizations located in places of compact residence of indigenous minorities; 3) a description of the model for creating an ethnocultural speech environment in the native language for preschool children based on the principle of “one person – one language” and the concept of “developing speech environment”. As part of this study, a model for creating an ethnocultural speech environment for preschool children has been developed, taking into account the requirements of important state documents regulating the educational activities of kindergartens. First of all, the model is intended for the use by kindergartens implementing an educational program in conditions of insufficient functioning in the family and society of the native language of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation. Under this scenario, this article demonstrates how a virtual learning environment constituted in the light of Connectivist and Activity Theories can help in the process of understanding a foreign language. In this environment, teachers and students build a map with interconnected contents, which can be: hypertexts, hypertext flashcards and links - called Piece of Knowledge - PoK, constituting pieces of knowledge about one (or several) theme(s). In addition, the environment provides forums and a different way of viewing the map in groups, where each student has their own vision, being able to suggest modifications to the map of other colleagues. The present research is exploratory, quantitative in nature, and sought to compare the differences perceived in self-efficacy beliefs for helping in bullying situations among adolescents in schools that have implemented the EA's and those that do not. It also compared the self-efficacy beliefs to help between participants of EA's and non-participants. The study had 2,403 students distributed in two groups: 1,301 students from private schools that have the EA's and 1,102 students from schools that do not have such a proposal. The pedagogy of competences is strongly inserted in the school education and, based on the concepts of employability and labor capacity, reinforces productivity and qualification goals. The English language teaching, enlightened by historical-critical pedagogy, has the potential to contribute to an education that goes beyond hegemonic perspectives, thus enabling the appropriation of rich and more significant knowledge in the search for human emancipation.
Hellen Jaqueline Marques Regina Baruki-Fonseca Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-08-10 2022-08-10 15 34 e17924 e17924 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17924 The new public management and implications on teaching work in the public sector https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17917
The objective of this text is to analyze the State Reform and the implementation of the New Public Management (NPM) and its implications in the field of education, especially in the teaching work in the public sector. The restructuring of education from the 1990s onwards, in the context of the NPM, imposes on teaching work principles and values arising from the productive society of capital, with determinations from the private sector. In Brazil, the federal government has little to do with public policies aimed at social areas. While science, in addition to numerous assumptions and being the object of government denialist discourses, has sought to contribute to the clarification of the phenomenon of the pandemic and its impacts on society. Therefore, the present study sought to analyze the panorama of research, in the period 2020 and 2021, on basic education in times of a pandemic. For that, from a qualitative approach, a bibliographic research was carried out in which 11 works were selected. The investigations demonstrate that the option for distance teaching has proved to be the main alternative for the educational offer in this scenario, but its implementation accentuates the educational inequalities that exist in the country.
Kellcia Rezende Souza Anita Tetslaff Torquarto Melo Ezequiel Pedroso Mira Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-08-10 2022-08-10 15 34 e17925 e17925 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17925 Digital Information and Communication Technologies: analysis of students´perceptions of a public school https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17656
This article presents an excerpt from a Master's research which had as general objective investigating the perceptions of students from a public school about the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) inside and outside the school context. The research had a qualitative approach with an explanatory descriptive design, using a questionnaire with opened and closed questions for data collection. Seventy students from the 9th year of Elementary School, from morning and afternoon periods, of a public school, participated in the research. The frequencies and percentages resulting from closed questions and the categories of opened questions were analyzed using a theoretical reference on the advances of DICT, cyberspace and cyberculture, the characterization of generations and their relationship with technologies, the Common National Curriculum Base (CNCB), the DICT and the school. The results reveal that the research participants, young people of Generation Z, who have been living with technologies since they were born, present characteristics of information consumers, using the technologies as reproduction tools, contrary to what CNCB´s fifth competence indicates, namely, that students use and create DTIC to communicate, access and disseminate information, produce knowledge and solve problems. Understanding young people´s perceptions about the use of DICT may contribute to school actions that may favour the development of this competence.
Zenaide Gomes da Silva Monica Fürkotter Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-08-12 2022-08-12 15 34 e17656 e17656 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17656 Basic Education Chamber of the CNE (1996-2002): advisers and political-educational culture https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17572
It analyzes the constitution of a political-educational culture, which had its bases in the 1990s, with a focus on intellectuals from the Basic Education Chamber of the National Education Council (1996-2002). The concerns for this study arose from the analysis of the debate on the recent reform of secondary education (2017) as a resumption of the political culture of the 1990s. It is based on bibliographic analysis having as sources their academic productions and the theoretical framework that connect them and support their thoughts. It uses the Gephi software as a tool for analysis. We conclude that the theoretical bases for the constitution of a political-educational culture established between 1996 and 2002 reveal the existing tensions around the definition of an educational project.
Heitor Lopes Negreiros Eliza Bartolozzi Ferreira Wagner Santos Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-08-27 2022-08-27 15 34 e17572 e17572 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17572 Proposal for validation of teaching and learning sequences: the study of a TLS of stochiometry https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17615
The objective of the present investigation was to elaborate and discuss aspects of validation of a teaching and learning sequence (TLS) on stoichiometric calculation, inspired by the research methodology of Didactics Engineering. It is about the elaboration of an TLS by a graduate in Chemistry under the guidance of the teacher-trainer, based on the following steps: i) previous analysis; ii) elaboration of the SEA on stoichiometric calculation in the CTSA perspective; and, iii) a priori validation of SEA. In the data analysis, the main focus was the a priori validation process, using a validation instrument based on the studies by Guimarães and Giordan (2013), answered by eight volunteers. The data analyzed from the evaluation items: structure and organization of SEA; problematization of SEA; SEA content and concepts; teaching methodologies; the school and SEA and; SEA and its relationship with the school's Political Pedagogical Project, helped to understand and provide feedback on the material prepared, as well as identify possible adjustments to be made in a future application. Overall, the organization of the SEA in a CTSA approach and the use of the Jigsaw cooperative learning methodology has the potential to contribute to citizen education. In addition, the discussions pointed out about the importance of the validation process of the teaching-learning sequences and the steps guided by Didactics Engineering promotes advances both for the school, for the students' learning, and for the Chemistry Teaching area.
Matheus Pires da Costa Natany Dayani de Souza Assai Viviane Arrigo Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-08-28 2022-08-28 15 34 e17615 e17615 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17615 Environmental behaviors in students of a Peruvian private university https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17497
In recent years, environmental behaviors have been promoted in students because they are a way to solve environmental problems and allow sustainability goals to be achieved. In this sense, the objective of this research was to analyze the environmental behaviors of undergraduate students from a branch of a Peruvian private university. The approach was quantitative, the design was non-experimental and the level was descriptive transectional. The sample consisted of 268 students to whom the Environmental Behavior Questionnaire was applied, an instrument with adequate levels of validity and reliability. According to the results, the students were characterized by being in the process of developing environmental behaviors and it was determined that some sociodemographic variables such as gender, age and socioeconomic level were significantly associated with these behaviors (p<0.05). Finally, it was concluded that it is necessary to promote environmental education through the development of activities, both theoretical and practical, to consolidate the environmental behavior of students.
Libertad Velasquez Giersch Edwin Gustavo Estrada Araoz Jimmy Nelson Paricahua Peralta Miguel Ángel Puma Sacsi Karl Herbert Huaypar Loayza Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-08-28 2022-08-28 15 34 e17497 e17497 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17497 Academic production in the initial formation of physical education teachers: is there room for the internship? https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17470
The study aimed to identify the theoretical-methodological choices in the monographs presented in the Physical Education course of a public university between the years 2008 and 2019, in order to quantify and characterize the works that have the Supervised Curricular Internship as an investigative object. This is a documental research, and it was collected information from 355 productions. The results indicate the predominant use of the qualitative approach (n = 167; 47.0%), followed by the quantitative (n = 161; 45.3%), and mixed (n = 27; 7.7%), besides the questionnaire, documents and interviews as the most requested data collection techniques. Although it is a degree course, the number of works in the areas of activity inherent to the bachelor's degree is predominant (n = 207; 58.1%). We evidenced 5 (1.4%) works that problematize the Internship in teacher training. The reality investigated requires dialogues, reflections and investigations about the academic production related to teacher education and the Supervised Curricular Internship.
Antonio Evanildo Cardoso de Medeiros Filho Lucas Souza Silva Antonio Germano Magalhães Junior Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-09-09 2022-09-09 15 34 e17470 e17470 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17470 Perceptions of physical education professionals about their teaching performance in APAES during the Coronavírus SARS-COV2 pandemic https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17380
The SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic has directly affected all areas of society, and education would be no different. Facing the rapid dissemination of COVID-19, in-person classes were suspended, bringing remote teaching into reality. The present article aims to investigate the perceptions of Physical Education professionals about their teaching performance in APAEs in Vale do Sinos region, in Rio Grande do Sul, during the Covid-19 pandemic period, as well as their expectations about the return to in-person classes. The research has a qualitative approach. Four Physical Education graduates were investigated. As an instrument, we used a semi-structured interview and notes referring to the interviewees' expressions during the interview. For the analysis of the results, the triangulation of methods was used, articulating the answers of the interviewees, with dialog with authors and, finally, notes during the interviews. The conclusion was that the APAEs investigated did not have the infrastructure to support remote teaching. It was also evidenced that, during the pandemic, the low investment in the educational sector in Brazil and the inequalities in the levels of access to social media made remote teaching difficult.
Gabriel César Silveira Figueredo Denise Bolzan Berlese Gustavo Roese Sanfelice Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-09-12 2022-09-12 15 34 e17380 e17380 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17380 Youth and adult education, curriculum and sexual and gender diversity: weaving reflections https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17559
This study sought to discuss the relations of gender and sexuality in Youth and Adult Education - EJA from the curriculum practices, considering them important in the pedagogical process of students of this type of education, aiming to reflect on what In this way, the issues of subjectivity of sexual gender are problematized in the Youth and Adult Education curriculum, in a municipal public school, located in the Northern Piemonte Identity Territory of Itapicuru, in the State of Bahia. With regard to methodological procedures, we opted for (auto)biographical narratives, as we understand that this research method favors the study in question, in the sense of enabling greater analysis capacity regarding the proposed objective. From the narratives it was possible to show that the issues of gender, sexuality and diversity need to be problematized within the school, so that it can be constituted as a space of respect for differences.
Pedro Paulo Souza Rios Copyright (c) 2022 Revista Tempos e Espaços em Educação https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2022-09-12 2022-09-12 15 34 e17559 e17559 10.20952/revtee.v15i34.17559 The use of Design Thinking in the development of digital games for the teaching of chemistry in basic education https://seer.ufs.br/index.php/revtee/article/view/17778
This study aimed to describe how Design Thinking can contribute to the development of digital games for the teaching of Chemistry, considering the needs of educators who teach this discipline and the reality of the students in which they are inserted.
