DECISION PROCESS FOR CUSTOMER FOCUSING: AN APPLICATION TO A SERVICE PROVIDER

Service providers tend to offer quality services as a market differentiator. However, this differential can only be analyzed through an assessment of service provision and the model that deals with this assessment is SERVQUAL. To match and adapt to the quality required and perceived by customers in the services provided, this assessment is essential. The article in question conducts a case study in an electronics repair service company. After analyzing the results, improvement actions were created, classified according to the importance attributed by the organization's clients. To this end, the multicriteria decision support method PROMETHE II was used in order to obtain an order to perform the actions. It was observed that the use of SERQUAL and PROMETHE II methods to analyze and support quality decisions in the service provision proved to be effective for the study.
